Flat-rate pricing, agreed before work begins

An illustration: suppose a project would otherwise consume $50,000 of attorney time. I complete the scoped research and first draft for $10,000. If your firm charges $20,000 for the final attorney-reviewed work, the client saves $30,000 and the firm retains $10,000 for strategy, supervision, review, and responsibility.

Authority Accuracy Guarantee

Every cited authority and quotation is checked against the source before delivery. If I deliver a nonexistent case or fabricated quotation, I will refund the project fee in full.

First-Draft Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied that the first draft meets the agreed scope and saves you meaningful time, notify me within seven days. I will revise it promptly at no charge. If you remain unsatisfied after the revision, I will refund the drafting fee.
