Information collected

• Checkout email. Coaching is purchased as a guest through Stripe checkout. There are no website accounts and no passwords. The email address you enter at checkout is recorded so your purchase can be identified and your receipt delivered.
• Purchase records. When you purchase coaching, the site records the option purchased and the number of hours, associated with your checkout email. Remaining hours are tracked directly by Wesley.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and are never received or stored by this site. This site receives a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the associated purchase identifiers.
• Website and error data. The hosting platform records standard technical request data and application error reports used to keep the site working.
• Messages you send. If you text the phone number listed on this site, your message and phone number are received through ordinary mobile carrier service.

How information is used

Information is used to identify and deliver your purchased coaching hours, to process payments, to respond to your inquiries, and to operate and troubleshoot the site. Information is not sold.

Service providers

This site relies on third-party providers to function: a hosting and application platform, a hosted database, and Stripe for payment processing. Each provider processes only the information needed to perform its function and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Confidential client information

Please do not submit confidential client information through this website or by text message. Scope discussions for research and drafting engagements are handled directly with the hiring attorney.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the purchase information associated with your checkout email. Records required to document completed transactions may be retained by the payment processor independently of this site.
